NEW YORK CITY!!

This weekend we stayed in New York City.
The best weekend in my life. We arrived at 11.30 and we went by bus to visit the city.
We walked in 5 avenue and went shopping. We visited Central Park, Chinatown, Empire State, Roquefeller Centre, Round Zero, Dakota Building...
Then, we went to the hotel in Times Square, we had a rest and changed our clothes and went to the theatre. We saw a play on Broadway, Legally Blonde, it was the last time that this play was on Broadway, it was amazing!
Next, we walked around the city and went to the hotel again.

On Sunday morning we took a ferry and we saw the Statue of Liberty from where we could see a great view of Manhattan. We had lunch near of Wall Street and we saw and went shopping in Chinatown.
We came back at 9.30.

BOSTON CELTICS - NEW YORK KNICKS

On Friday night, we went to Boston to see a famous basketball match.
We stayed at the stadium at 6.30 and the match began at 7.30. We had dinner in the stadium and all we were excited.
We were shouting and we showed the Spanish flag because we wanted to appear on the screen.
Finally we lost and didn't appear in the screen but it was wonderful, though.

Newport

We visited Newport!
The rich town! All the houses are very big... and so pretty...
We stayed two mansions and we could see the sea in the garden.
Then, we went to have lunch, and visited the down town, went shopping and took a lot of photos!
It was a really good and nice day!

Sturbridge village

On Monday, we went to Sturbridge village, a little old town.
We could walk around all the village and visited how lived people some centuries ago.
It was so cute, the landscapes there were wonderful, we could see the clothes that used, how worked...
We stayed in a place that didn't exist technology!



Then, we went shopping and had dinner with other American students and we spoke only in Spanish!

Our first weekend in the U.S!

My American family and other hostess family, Carlos, Alex, Manu and me went to New Hampshire!!

In the mountains!

We arrived in the friday evening. On Saturday morning we went to a cornfield maze. In the afternoon we went shopping and we made a Spanish omelet. It was really fun.

Later, we went to a jaccuzzi in the street!!!

And we arrived home, we saw a film.

On Sunday, we walked around the nature and saw a fair, then we played tennis and came back.

Boston

Yesterday, someone hostess and all Spanish students went to Boston. The first visit in the U.S
It is a wonderful place! I love it!
We got a school bus and first we went on the duck tour around Boston, it's really wonderful!, and then the duck went into the river and we drove the duck! It was unforgetable!

In the afternoon we went to Science museum, it was really funny!

I'm so happy... today all the student went only to Spanish class!!

Then, Irene and me went to see the swimming training of katie. She swims really good!

Now, we're going to Jenna's house because she invited all Spanish students and hostess to a Bonfire party. I can't wait!

Arrival

Hi again!!
I'm the US!!
I can't believe it!

yesterday, we arrived in the US at 6.30 pm. It was tired because we stayed in the plane 8 hours. It was so special when we arrived at the High School, my family had a poster with my name!
My American family is nice. My parents, Lou and Debbie and the girls Abby (she has 11 years old) and Katilyn. They have a dog.
Here, all is different than Spain. The houses are big with garden and they need a car because the distance is too long.

Yesterday after dinner, I saw a match of hockey!
Today, all the students with our families went to eat, and later we went shopping at the mod!
Tomorrow will be the first day in the high school and I'm so excited.
